1. Memberships
1.1 Membership Fees
a. All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by Australian consumer law.
1.2 Cancellation of Membership
a. Memberships can be canceled by the member at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining unused portion of the membership term.
1.3 Exceptional Circumstances
a. In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other extraordinary situations, a refund or partial refund of membership fees may be considered at the discretion of The Bald Hills Islamic Educational Organisation Ltd. Requests for refunds in such cases must be submitted in writing to board@masjidtaqwa.org.au.
2. Donations
2.1 General Donations
a. Donations made to The Bald Hills Islamic Educational Organisation Ltd are considered voluntary and non-refundable.
2.2 Tax Deductible Donations
a. If a donation is eligible for a tax deduction, The Bald Hills Islamic Educational Organisation Ltd will provide the necessary documentation for tax purposes, but the donation itself remains non-refundable.
2.3 Unauthorized Transactions
a. If a donation is made in error or without proper authorization, the donor must contact board@masjidtaqwa.org.au immediately for resolution. The Bald Hills Islamic Educational Organisation Ltd will investigate such cases and may provide refunds at its discretion.
3. Classes and Workshops
3.1 Registration Fees
a. All fees paid for classes, workshops, or events are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the class or event description.

a. The Bald Hills Islamic Educational Organisation Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, workshops, or events. In such cases, registered participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

a. Participants who wish to cancel their registration for a class, workshop, or event must notify The Bald Hills Islamic Educational Organisation Ltd in writing at least 5 days before the scheduled date to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be subject to any applicable administrative fees.
3.4 No-shows
a. Participants who do not attend a class, workshop, or event without prior cancellation notice will not be eligible for refunds.
